WARRANTY

Limited warranty Material Handling Equipment.
SINOLIFT Equipment Corp. warrants to the buyer of record that products purchased from SINOLIFT Group. shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal working conditions for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment for mechanical components. Parts found to be defected in material and workmanship during the warranty period shall be replaced or repaired at Sinolift ‘s sole option. Products found by Sinolift Corp. to be misused, abused or neglected are not covered under this warranty. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties whether written, oral, or implied including any warranty of merchantability and any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Parts not covered by this warranty are normal wear or consumable parts such as (but not limited to) ex: greases, wheel and roller.

Warranty:
Except as provided above, the only warranties applying to materials sold are those, if any, specifically provided by the manufacturer. As seller, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, of performance, merchantability, workmanship, quality, durability, or suitability, including those instances where changes, alterations, or modifications are made in materials at the request or instruction of the purchaser. Our obligation is limited to the replacement of defective parts or at our sole option, to the refund of the purchase price. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall we be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature.
A full refund will be given, subject to our Q.A. inspection or approval, for any defective item returned within 45 days.

Responsibility:
The value of the defective product or material sent in error is the limit of our liability. All technical data has been supplied by the manufacturer and is listed only for you convenience. We do not warrant or represent that the merchandise complies with the provision of any law, particularly the Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, and the regulations promulgated there under, unless the manufacturer so warrants. Dimensions may be changed without notice at the discretion of the manufacturer.
