It mainly depends on the type of product to be processed, and there is a specific tray exchanger technology. Our

patented solution can rotate the load, flip the load, push the load, or replace the tray, allowing the tray to move laterally

without flipping the product.

Obviously, the longer the time saved, the greater the cost reduction for companies using tray inverters.

Simple operation: Place the load on an appropriate base, then the upper platform will descend and block the product, and

actual operation will begin. It is divided into four stages: flipping the product 180 °, releasing the load to allow manual

replacement of the new tray, locking the product a second time, finally rotating to fix the load in place and then releasing it.

4 steps: Flip the load to 120 °, return the base and old tray to the initial position, manually replace the tray, finally flip the

new base, and then return to the initial position of the entire load.

All types of products can be managed for lateral movement through the use of this machine, as the load does not flip. After

inserting the battery into the base, the operator can use the controller to operate the press. This will gently press the product

laterally, causing it to be slightly lifted and then moved onto a new tray with the machine.

This system is very effective because the risk is minimized. However, it can be improved by using patented technology.
