The daily maintenance of forklift is a necessary process for the continuous use of forklift.
Forklift maintenance is divided into four categories: daily maintenance, primary maintenance, secondary maintenance and tertiary maintenance.Daily maintenance shall be carried out every day, and level I maintenance shall be carried out after 50 hours of work.Level 2 maintenance shall be carried out after every 200 working hours, and level 3 maintenance shall be carried out after every 600 working hours.This will extend the service life of forklift.
