Maintenance Knowledge:

The satisfactory use of an electric tractor depends on maintenance and upkeep. Neglecting maintenance can jeopardize personal safety and damage property. Therefore, regular inspections should be conducted during use, and any anomalies should be promptly addressed. Do not use a tractor with faults to ensure safety and prolong the tractor's lifespan.

(1) Daily Maintenance Requirements a. Daily maintenance should be performed before starting the tractor and after finishing work each day. b. If any damage or malfunction is detected, it should be reported to management immediately, and the tractor should not be used until it is repaired. c. Daily maintenance is the responsibility of the driver or dedicated personnel.

(2) Daily Maintenance Content a. Maintenance before each use:

1. Check if the battery connections are loose, clean the battery surface, turn on the ignition key, and check if the battery voltage is within the allowable range.

2. Slowly operate the tractor without load, check if the steering is normal, drive straight, apply the brakes, and check if the braking is reliable. Observe the tractor's driving, steering, and braking for normal operation.

3. Check the tractor's lighting facilities. If damaged, they should be repaired promptly to ensure safe driving at night or in dark indoor environments.

b. Maintenance after each workday:

1. Clean the vehicle surface and the battery surface. Check if the battery connections are loose.

2. Check if the wheel bolts are tight.

3. Check both the brakes and steering for normal operation.

(3) Charging the Tractor

a. The initial charge and supplemental charge of the tractor's battery pack should be conducted strictly according to the battery manual's specifications.

b. For a tractor with a 24V battery, when the working voltage drops to 21V or the capacity drops below 30%, the battery pack must be charged.
