How to do the daily maintenance of electric forklift ?

1) Clean the dirt, soil and dust on the electric forklift.Forklift and gantry slideway, motor, battery, filter, etc.

2) Check the fastening of various parts of the electric forklift, focusing on: gantry support, tension screw of lifting chain group, wheel fastening bolt, brake, steering gear screw, etc;

3) Check the reliability and flexibility of the brake and steering gear, as well as the lamps and lanterns of each part: mainly the steering lamp and brake lamp;

4) Check the leakage of electric forklift, mainly including pipe joints, oil tank, brake pump, lifting cylinder, tilt cylinder, steering cylinder, drive axle, reducer, etc.

5) Check the tire pressure, inflate the tire to the specified value if it is insufficient, confirm that there is no air leakage, check the rim for deformation, etc;

6) Check whether the instrument and horn are normal;

7) Check the oil in the fuel tank, brake fluid and electrolyte of the battery of the electric forklift.
